Welcome

To The Anglican Cathedral of St. John the Baptist

Serving Christ as a vital part of our community since 1699.

The Cathedral Parish of St. John the Baptist seeks to proclaim and celebrate the gospel of Jesus Christ through worship, example, and action, recognizing its location in the heart of St. John’s and its responsibility as the Cathedral of the Diocese of Eastern Newfoundland and Labrador.

We invite you to join us online for our Worship during the current pandemic:

Sunday @ 11:00 a.m.

Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday

@ 9:30 a.m.

Whether you are looking to join a worshipping community, or want more information about weddings or baptisms, we are here to help you. Come find out more about us...

Whether serving the Church Community or the Community around us, there are plenty of ways to be involved,

Whether you are local or travelling from afar, we invite you to come visit our Cathedral. Tours are offered during the Summer season and the Cathedral is open during Office Hours throughout the year.
